The essence of this statement boils down to this: we take care of you as a website visitor and/or customer and do our best to mail only those people who have explicitly requested it. Of course, it may happen that you get double mail or too much mail. You may also want to be removed from our database altogether. Of course that's fine. If so, just let us know so we can adjust it. Keep ERP Simple will not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected. If you have subscribed to a download, video training or our weekly blog, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link under each email. Every three months our database is cleaned up. When you have unsubscribed you will be completely removed from our database. In addition, you can contact us at any time to request manual deletion.

Use of public contributions

If you leave a comment on our weblog or fill out an evaluation on our website, or any other public website, we may publish that contribution elsewhere.

Contribute to closed discussion platform

If you contribute to a closed platform (for example, a closed group as part of a training), Keep ERP Simple will not use this contribution in any way other than what the platform is intended for. Keep ERP Simple is in no way responsible for how the other participants on the private forum treat your contributions.
